This chef knife is ground from 15n20 high carbon steel, with exceptional performance in the the kitchen. It has a 170mm long blade with a deep heel and fine tip for detailed work. The weight is balanced to the centre of the knife by the bronze bolster, which is cast from reclaimed materials, and has a polished gidgee handle.
