This smaller sized chefs knife is made from stainless Nitro-v steel, with a great balance of edge retention and durability. 
It has a polished hairy oak handle with colored G10 bolster and comes with a custom fitted sheath in reclaimed cypress. 
It performs wonderfully as an all round tool in the kitchen, designed to slice cleanly and accurately through hard root vegetables, with great edge retention.
